This cell is specially  setup for all concerned ,especially for parents and guardians to lodge their grievance and address are authorities for a sound redressal. This can be done through telephonic conversation and/or by registering via the network. In this manner complaints can be put forth easily and heard, followed by prompt indemnification. We believe that there may be errors on our part , and the parents and guardians  of our students have the right to voice their grievance  and to seek reparation. Our pious duty then is to listen and rectify , hence the grievance redressal cell.
